We are interim-management.de. As an industry pioneer in the world of interim management, we have been providing expert support since 1993: customized, personal and effective. We know many seasoned decision-makers for decisive situations.
We often provide our support to family businesses, whereby company successions and advisory board functions are common types of mandates. We are well acquainted with the special characteristics of family-run businesses and SMEs and we speak their language. In November 2019, a project we have managed was awarded the DDIM.project // 2019 in Interim Management Excellence – Strategic Restructuring (German). The recruitment process
Tell us about a position that needs to be filled or a task that needs to be accomplished. We mu-tually define the professional requirements for the desired interim manager, time frame and expectations you have for your project.
We formulate a requirement profile, and following your acceptance, will provide you with an indication of currently available interim managers and the cost framework.
Our experience and digitized processes enable us to present you with suitable and available candidates within just 24 hours.
You then decide which candidates you would like to interview - in person or by telephone first.
We support you along every phase of the selection process.

Where are interim managers deployed?
The interim classic: You need a manager, but only for a temporary project, e.g. to test a new product on the market with a calculable effort or to relocate a business.
